black jack is a game that somehow reminds me of a roller coaster. Blackjack is a game that starts out slowly, but gradually picks up the pace. As you ramp up your bank roll, you feel as though you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom drops out.
Blackjack is so remarkably like a wild ride the similarities are creepy. As with the popular amusement park ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will appear to be going great for awhile before it bottoms out once again. You must be a gambler who’s able to adjust well to the ups … downs of the game simply because the game of black jack is full of them.
If you like the tiny coaster, one that does not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a bigger wager, then hop on board for the rollercoaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high rolling gambler will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because he/she is not considering the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that’s terrific, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.
If you do not, you will not remember how much you enjoyed everything while your cash was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a great ride and your head in the clouds. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t find it easy to recollect how "high up" you went but you will always remember that catastrophic fall as clear as day.
