I have gambled on millions of rounds of blackjack. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have played online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of funds at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this method or defeat the casino, however you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this method! And a couple of months ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet
Bet 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of $10
Bet ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $10 wager
Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet
Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $80
Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet
Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet
If you departed at this instance you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
